Task 1:

• What is a system diagnostic program?
• What does a system diagnostic program do?
• Use the Internet to find 4 system diagnostic programs?

Task 2:

• What is windows device manager used for?
• Describe the process of checking the status of your hardware using device manager.

Task 3: Do this task at home, on your PC!!!!!!!!!

• Download & install FreshDiagnose. This is a free system diagnostic program.
• Write and submit a report. Your report should;
  • have a
    • Cover page, table of contents (TOC), list of figures and bibliography. You may not need a bibliography.
  • show a range of diagnostic tests (5), and their results, conducted on your PC using FreshDiagnose
  • Include screenshots
  • correctly identify the cause of any problems.
